Position Overview

We're Hiring: Sales Representative for Cumulus Media Indianapolis

Do you have a passion for building relationships, solving problems, and closing deals? Are you an outside sales pro who's not afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a business, and pitch big ideas? If you're fearless, competitive, and ready to sell some of the biggest brands in Indy-we want you on our team.

Cumulus Media Indianapolis is looking for our next great Sales Representative-someone who knows how to hunt for new business and thrives on winning. You don't need media sales experience-we'll teach you everything you need to know. What can't we teach? The fire in your belly and the drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and develop new client relationships across Central Indiana with the opportunity to sell nationwide as well.
• Sell a wide range of digital marketing solutions: social, email, display, OTT/CTV, streaming audio & more!
• Pitch high-impact campaigns that connect brands with our massive local audience.
• Collaborate with a team of creative pros and beloved local on-air talent.
• Represent radio stations that are LIVE, LOCAL, and deeply connected to the community.

What You Bring:

• 1-3+ years of outside sales experience (any industry!)
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• A "hunter" mindset-you love the thrill of the chase.
• Digital savvy-you understand how to sell and position modern marketing tools.
• Curiosity, creativity, and confidence when talking to business decision-makers.
