Territory Account Manager | Established Accounts & Growth Opportunity

Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our Sales team in the Tucson, AZ market.

Are you an experienced outside sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, growing accounts, and managing your own territory?

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow an established territory with existing customer relationships.
  • Develop new business opportunities while expanding current customer accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers through a consultative, solution-based sales approach.
  • Conduct in-person customer visits, business reviews, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Identify customer challenges and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and overall results.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage territory activity, pipeline opportunities, and customer communications through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Prior outside sales, territory sales, account management, or business development experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, earn trust, and grow customer accounts.
  • Strong work history demonstrating reliability, consistency, and professional success.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
