Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Uses experience in customer service or industry knowledge to provide customer service, placing new phone orders and changing existing orders as requested by customers with a limited degree of supervision
• Proactively identifies opportunities to resolve customer issues
• May provide guidance to other, more junior, customer service colleagues
• Communicates with sales colleagues regarding customer updates, product additions, and/or project extensions
• Assists and educates customers regarding products and delivery availability
• Follows up with customers as needed to clarify their requests, provide updates on Martin Marietta shipments, or to check on their level of satisfaction
• Processes of credit card purchases
• Assists in sorting, scanning, and storage of paperwork related to customer orders

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Details

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience Required

• 3+ years related experience
