We're partnering with a well-established, highly respected organization in the Beachwood area that is looking to add a detail-oriented Accountant to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple entities, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports across a variety of funds and entities
• Support consolidated financial reporting and assist with audit schedules and disclosures
• Manage accounting activity for multiple fund types, including endowment and special-purpose funds
• Calculate fund distributions, fees, and spending allocations
• Assist with billing processes and financial tracking for affiliated entities
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements and support internal controls

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
