Role Description
Lithko Contracting is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a dynamic construction business unit by executing payroll-related processes, maintaining coworker records, and coordinating administrative activities across the office and field. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for executing payroll-related administrative processes, maintaining coworker records, and supporting office and operational activities for a Business Unit. This role engages with Project/Field Leads, Business Unit Leadership, and coworkers to coordinate timekeeping, onboarding, and administrative workflows. This role is essential to provide the foundational administrative execution and data accuracy required to support field operations and coworker experience at the local level.
