Volt is immediately hiring for an 1st shift Admin/Customer Care Assistant for a leading Mfg Building Outdoor Product Company Paying $21 an hour in Wharton, NJ.
As an Admin Assistant you will:
- Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, pick-ups, complaints, and problems
- Communicate effectively with customers related to order status and coordinate with production regarding backordered items
- Communicate with sales, finance and operation teams to ensure orders are fulfilled
- Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and provide solutions
- Verify product load and quantities match purchase order
- Review and retrieve documentation for credit department as needed
- Issue credits for pallet/product returns when applicable
- Categorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes and file all customer records
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a
Full-time opportunity.
1st Shift available. Monday thru Friday 8:30 - 5:00pm
$21 per hour
The ideal candidate will have:
- Data Entry
- Check drivers order and pallets are correct
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Pay Rate: $21per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
