Job Title: ALASTIN Marketing Intern

Description
The ALASTIN Marketing Intern will support the ALASTIN Marketing Team across a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. This role will focus on competitive analysis, marketing trends and tactics, market research support, and process improvement activities. The intern will work closely with cross-functional team members and partner agencies to help enhance strategic decision-making and improve marketing efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may vary by department but typically include:
- Conduct competitive reviews at both brand and product levels, synthesizing findings into clear insights and opportunities.
- Perform marketing trends and audits across competitors and relevant brands followed by our target audience.
- Support market research efforts by reviewing, summarizing, and helping disseminate secondary studies and proprietary research reports.
- Assist in refining project management systems, including managing timelines, calendars, and coordination across internal teams and external partner agencies.
- Audit and organize shared folder systems to ensure consistency, completeness, and adherence to internal standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives as needed.
- Uphold Galderma's values through proactive communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Objectives:
- Strengthen competitive knowledge to support informed, strategic marketing decision-making.
- Support the ALASTIN Marketing Team in improving efficiencies through enhanced internal and external project management processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on social media monitoring, competitor activity, and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest marketing strategy, brand management, or the aesthetics and skincare industry.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Work, PowerPoint, SharePoint); familiar with/use social media.
