We are seeking a creative and experienced Photo Art Director to join our team, supporting in-store experience marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver innovative style concepts and engage in exciting projects.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-level creative concepts for in-store marketing campaigns.
• Translate campaign ideas into compelling marketing materials and assets.
• Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and designers throughout the creative process.
• Provide direction during photo shoots, ensuring alignment with campaign vision.
• Review and provide feedback on photography and post-production processes.
• Create mood boards and presentations to communicate creative concepts effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative consistency.

Skills

• 5-7+ years of professional experience in Style Photo Art Direction.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual creativity and high-quality craft in retail and brand marketing.
• Expertise in visual storytelling and design principles.
• Proficiency in all Creative Suite software and the Mac platform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fashion, retail, or consumer brand marketing.
• Ability to develop creative assets for both in-store and digital marketing channels.
• Familiarity with print design, 3D design, or experiential design.
