About the role

Assistant Director of Patient Access with staffing policies and procedures, implementing performance improvements, and ongoing customer service in all areas of Patient Access. They will train all staff and keep training manuals up to date. Conduct regular quality reviews of all staff and provides feedback. They will also ensure optimal operational efficiency and productivity with providers and departmental schedules. Ensures appropriate resources to support operations. Monitors key reports reflecting volume and departmental performance. Assist in Quality Assessment/Performance improvements and modifies processes as necessary (QAPI).

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and some college preferred.
  • Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent public relation skills.

Starting pay range varies based on experience up to 10 years.
