Job Description:

Are you the kind of person who sees the gap between a business "ask" and a technical "how" and knows exactly how to bridge it? We're looking for a Systems Solutions Specialist who thrives on translating complex business needs into elegant technical realities.

In this role, you aren't just a spectator; you are the connective tissue between our front-end teams and the technical engine room. You'll be the translator for our user community, the architect of our standard operating procedures, and the tactical expert who ensures our systems don't just work-they excel.

Job Qualifications:
What You Bring to the Table

• The Experience: 2+ years of experience where you've mastered the art of system-to-business alignment. OR BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• The Technical Edge: You're comfortable reading and writing documentation for XML/JSON ( Nice to have) and are proficient in MSSQL.
• The Communicator: You can explain a technical "why" to a non-technical "who" with ease and precision.
• The Project Mindset: You have the project management chops to drive a solution from the initial "problem" stage all the way through testing and implementation.

Annual Pay Range:
54,300 - 68,640 USD
