About the Role:
We're looking for an Associate Director, HCP Marketing, Peer to Peer Education & Congress on the HCP Marketing team to help us expand what's possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director, HCP & Payer Marketing, you'll own and execute innovative HCP educational initiatives - spanning personal and non-personal promotion, peer-to-peer (P2P) engagement, national speaker bureau programs, and congress strategy. You will work at the intersection of science, strategy, and execution, partnering cross-functionally to bring compliant, impactful programs to life for healthcare professionals and, ultimately, for the patients who depend on them.
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of innovative Peer-to-Peer (P2P) education programs and HCP engagements, in close partnership with Medical Communications (MedComm) and external agencies. You'll also:
- Build and manage a National Speaker Bureau, collaborating with clinical experts and agency partners to identify, contract, and develop KOL speakers.
- Spearhead the annual Speaker Bureau training program, ensuring all contracted speakers are trained compliantly and on-label.
- Identify and champion new formats for effective peer-to-peer engagement
- Own Insmed's presence at national and regional medical congresses - from strategic planning through on-site execution.
- Coordinate all congress activities, including booth design, digital and print assets, scientific presentations, content development, and HCP engagements.
- Define and report on success metrics.
- Serve as the primary brand liaison to the MedComm Agency of Record, managing the relationship and ensuring high-quality, on-strategy deliverables.
- Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Medical Affairs to ensure all programs are executed compliantly and aligned with brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the financial business partner to manage program spend to budget, ensuring fiscal accountability.
- Foster a culture of compliance across all initiatives and vendor relationships.
Who You Are:You have a Bachelors degree along with 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of delivering strong commercial results. You are or you also have:
- Experience in HCP personal and non-personal promotion strongly preferred.
- Experience working with nationally recognized Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and managing external partners (agencies, consultants).
- Specialty disease area experience preferred.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics that drive measurable commercial impact.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional, high-performance teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office. You'll have the option to work remotely most of the time, with in-person collaboration when it matters most.
Travel RequirementsThis role requires occasional domestic travel (approximately 10%).

Pay Range:$155,000.00-201,500.00 Annual
