As a member of the Marketing team, our B2B Marketing and Sales Messaging Professional develops and curates compelling content for B2B marketing programs, including thought-leadership pieces, proposals, and sales messaging, by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization. This role focuses on creating strategic marketing content that aligns with sales goals and integrated marketing messaging through partnership, drafting, and stakeholder input reconciliation - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

  • The B2B Marketing and Sales Messaging Professional II would have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing or related field and 5+ years of experience in communications, writing, technical writing, marketing, copy writing, proposal writing, minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate environment, preferred experience in health insurance sector or health care industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Develop strong cross-departmental relationships to integrate messaging and maximize brand impact on customers
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills with ability to meet aggressive deadlines while handling multiple simultaneous projects
  • Write clear, compelling content tailored appropriately for diverse audiences
  • Apply advanced knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, industry products, and services to identify messaging gaps and recommend improvements
  • Think critically, solve problems, and initiate projects independently without managerial direction
  • Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making (highly desired)
  • Excel at relationship building and matrix management across the organization

What You Will Do at Cambia:
  • Partner with marketing program managers, department heads, and stakeholders to translate client solutions into compelling content that meets sales objectives
  • Develop and curate messaging concepts by clarifying opportunities, reviewing creative briefs and strategic objectives, and contributing to strategy meetings
  • Research, write, edit, and design diverse marketing communications including talking points, flyers, presentations, articles, and collateral
  • Present content concepts and writing that strategically address objectives while conforming to stakeholder direction and customer needs
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cambia's products, services, strategies, and operations to develop standard deliverables and responses
  • Follow and establish quality control processes, ensuring adherence to brand, legal, regulatory, and corporate editorial standards using existing workflow platforms
  • Support and co-lead B2B marketing programs including project management, budgeting, and reporting while working directly with senior-level stakeholders
  • Exercise independent judgment in selecting methods and solutions, mentor less-experienced peers, set priorities, and delegate work with minimal day-to-day instruction

The expected hiring range for the B2B Marketing and Sales Messaging Professional II is $84,200 - $113,900 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $79,000 - $129,000. #LI-hybrid
