As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you'll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.

What You'll Do: As an
ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you'll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.
Responsibilities Include: - Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youth
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analyst
- Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals
- Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals
- Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings
- Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress
- Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards
What You'll Need: - Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
- OR - Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant direct service experience - Strong communication skills and a desire to support others\
- Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)
- Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Must be 21 years or older
