Description

As the Behavioral Health Liaison (BHL) Program Supervisor, you'll lead and support a dynamic team that partners closely with law enforcement, courts, schools, and community organizations to connect individuals to the right behavioral health support-when and where they need it most.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The Candidate will be required to travel to various offices in the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a team of Community Behavioral Health Liaisons (CBHLs) and related staff
Ensure services are delivered using trauma-informed and person-centered approaches
Foster strong partnerships with referral sources, law enforcement, and community organizations
Guide and support staff in conducting clinically appropriate crisis interventions and risk assessments
Represent the CBHL program at community meetings and promote collaboration across local systems
Facilitate staff training and development opportunities
Monitor program performance metrics to enhance outcomes and service quality
Maintain accurate, professional documentation and clear communication with stakeholders
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Master's degree in human services related field
QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• At least three (3) years' experience working in behavioral health and one (1) year supervisory experience preferred
• Working knowledge of DSM-V required
QUALIFICATION(S): LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Licensed Master Social Worker, Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, or LCSW preferred.
