Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to identify business needs and recommend solutions that boost organizational performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Analyze complex business processes and systems to uncover opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and communicate findings effectively to leadership.
• Guide cross-functional teams through change management processes to implement recommended solutions.
• Independently tackle complex issues, escalating critical matters when necessary.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least four years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
