Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to design and implement automated workflows using enterprise AI platforms.
• Translate identified use cases into functioning workflows and AI agents, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and iterate on solutions based on feedback to optimize performance.
• Document all workflow configurations and decisions in detail to facilitate long-term maintenance by non-technical users.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, demonstrating high autonomy and problem-solving skills.

Skills

• Expertise in prompt engineering and AI agent training across various enterprise platforms.
• Strong knowledge of no-code/low-code workflow automation tools and business process configuration.
• Basic technical literacy, including understanding of APIs and data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to thorough documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in supply chain management, including procurement cycles and inventory management.
• Familiarity with analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, or Power BI.
• 2-3 years of experience implementing AI or automation solutions in operational environments.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
