Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document critical business and data requirements.
• Ensure accurate data attribution and seamless source-to-target mapping for enterprise data elements.
• Facilitate the translation of business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Provide SQL support for data validation and transformation processes.
• Engage in mapping reviews to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to guarantee data integrity and quality.
• Define testing scenarios and support users through integration and acceptance testing phases.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders about progress and potential risks.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience in business and data analysis with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in SQL for data requirement translation and validation tasks.
• Solid experience with data mapping, modeling, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Background in IT within banking or financial services to understand sector-specific data challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, and tools like Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
• Experience with data quality analysis and utilizing BI tools such as Tableau.
