Overview
i3 is searching for a Business Development / Capture SME to join our team! Coordinates business development and capture management strategies for a specific opportunity/pursuit, as assigned by management. Included are strategies for teaming, solution (technical, management, cost) development, proposal staffing/development, etc. Leads the development, implementation, and successful execution of these winning capture and business development strategies.
Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition process effort for business opportunities, while developing and implementing the capture plan, and orchestrate all capture activities during the proposal phase and post-submittal activities.
• Drives strategic business decision making through detailed analytics, insights that yield strategic objective results.
• Build and deepen executive relationships with strategic customer base.
• Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools and analytic data that add value to the business development team and feeds i3's strategic objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum 22 years of relevant experience.
• Experience and/or knowledge with data analytics and business intelligence is strongly preferred.
• Experience building strategic business partnerships.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
