About the Role

We're looking for a motivated BDR Intern to support our Inside Sales & Business Development team. You'll learn how to identify target accounts, craft outreach, qualify leads, and support pipeline growth - all while working alongside experienced sales professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Research target industries and identify key prospects
  • Assist with outbound outreach (email, call prep, LinkedIn messaging)
  • Shadow BDRs and learn live prospecting techniques
  • Support Salesforce data entry and lead qualification
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns and events
What We're Looking For
  • Current undergrad (rising sophomore-senior) or recent grad
  • Strong communication skills and curiosity about tech + sales
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Interest in healthcare, data, or enterprise software is a plus

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.

Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.

The estimated hourly compensation range for this role is:
