- Support hands-on fieldwork by showing up on-site when needed to help execute live experiments and gather real-world feedback.
- Track timelines, open items, and task ownership across several projects to keep work moving and identify blockers early.
- Document customer conversations, observations, and pilot outcomes in a clear and organized way to support decision-making.
- Help recruit and engage participants for market tests and conduct outreach conversations to better understand needs and pain points.
- Assist with vetting external partners and support on-site training or readiness activities for field-based programs.
Skills - Experience in business operations, program coordination, project support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, changing environments where not every process is fully defined.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on details.
- Willingness to support in-person work as needed for field tests and pilot execution.
Preferred Skills - Experience supporting pilots, experiments, or launch activities.
- Background in operations, research coordination, or customer-facing field work.
