Job Description:

• The contractor will support both strategy and execution of the enterprise data change and communication program.

Key responsibilities include:
Change & Communication Strategy

• Develop and maintain the data strategy communication and engagement plan
• Define messaging tailored to different enterprise personas
• Support executive communication and storytelling around the strategy and by showcasing outcomes
• Impact and readiness assessments, maturity framework and assessment

Enterprise Engagement & Communication Routines

• Produce recurring communications such as a Data Strategy Newsletter highlighting wins, platform releases, demos, and value delivered
• Coordinate demo and showcase programs to highlight new capabilities and use cases
• Support executive and leadership communications including ELT updates and leadership forums
• Leader enablement, resistance management

Showcasing Progress and Adoption

• Execute a structured Demo & Showcase Strategy, including:
• Demo Days
• ELT weekly or monthly forums
• Enterprise town halls
• Domain and product showcases
• Highlight successful use cases, platform capabilities, and analytics innovations across the enterprise
• Adoption support strategy with metrics and feedback input

This role ensures that progress across platforms, analytics, governance, and AI is visible, understood, and connected to real business outcomes.
