Business Process Improvement Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Process Improvement Program Manager to drive impactful process improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes and develop metrics for performance measurement.
• Identify root causes of problems and align improvements with performance goals.
• Deliver presentations and training on process improvement techniques.
• Communicate progress and findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Conduct cost and benefit analyses to support project decisions.

Skills

• Proven experience in managing complex projects across multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulated quality systems such as ISO 13485 or FDA Quality System Regulation.
• Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in supporting complaint handling and quality management systems.
• Ability to work effectively in global or cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
