Business Relationship Manager: Global Manufacturing Operations and Digital Manufacturing

The BRM Global Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing Manager will:
- Provide overall development and operation of the Enterprise ERP/MES/WMS, including but not limited to global supply chain and manufacturing operations
- Ensure IT investment in this space aligns with Hypertherm's enterprise strategic strategy
- Enable and support business stakeholders to identify, assess, plan, and execute global strategy and execution
- Be a strategic business partner who supports business strategy development and helps drive business value results through technology innovation and automation
- Maintain relationships with business stakeholders and is the single point of IT contact for the responsible end-to-end process(es)
- Understand business processes and provide technology guidance to ensure best practice adoption of enterprise technology ecosystems and solutions
- Act as liaison between business and IT, anticipate and reduce barriers
- Assist in building business cases and build prioritized portfolio of IT projects
Ways you will be empowered to shape our future:
- Understand business strategies, facilitate the alignment with enterprise technology ecosystem and solutions
- Understand business needs and priority, create and manage prioritized IT request portfolio
- Support Global Process Owner (GPO) to create and maintain the business process repository, data governance and business roadmap
- Influence business investment in technology, partner with Solution Architect
- Facilitate resource and funding discussion for IT solution delivery, partner with GPO, Solution Architect, IT Delivery team and PMO
- Influence the business stakeholders in prioritizing the business need and create a roadmap for building solution capabilities
Support & Optimize Solution Delivery
- Review IT SLA with GPO to drive continued improvement in IT operations
- Facilitate regular application/business fit-assessment and support Solution Architect to drive application portfolio optimization
- Facilitate the scheduling of IT maintenance, solution deployment activities (i.e. UAT) with the business
- Support GPO to build and sustain super user community
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
- BA/BS Computer Science or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Excellent communication skillset, both written and oral, ability to work across many boundaries while impacting and influencing strategic vision and execution
- Proven Team Leadership both direct and indirect across many business acumens
- Proven understanding and experience leading large scale enterprise projects, including post go-live support strategy
Preferred experience that differentiates you:
- MBA 3+ years' experience
- Project Management
- Experience in supporting master data management within and across technology ecosystems
Location: Hanover, NH (relocation assistance is available)

This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
