Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on site architecture and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Lead initiatives for user training, onboarding, and adoption, utilizing best practices and coaching.
• Provide operational support and resolve SharePoint/M365 issues alongside IT teams.
• Support governance, compliance, and content migration projects.

Skills

• Proven expertise in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of M365 administration, permissions, and security concepts.
• Experience in business analysis and solution design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support end-users effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Purview and compliance.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Background in SharePoint migrations and advanced content management.
• Skill in creating training materials and user documentation.
