STATUS: Full time
LOCATION: EP Lab
DEPARTMENT: Radiology
SCHEDULE: Mon - Fri; 7-330, 8-430, 1030-7 or 7-530, 8-630
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000
SUMMARY
Performs and assists cardiologists in performing angiographic procedures, obtaining films of good diagnostic quality while providing maximum comfort and safety to patients undergoing these procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care. Perform radiography of patients in all assigned areas; maintain accountability for timely and proper service to patients during unsupervised shifts; provide on-call coverage for the Diagnostic Section of Radiology; provide excellent patient service

General Maintenance. Clean, restock, and prepare rooms on a daily basis

Documentation. Ensure concise and complete documentation of patient exams and related procedures, utilizing the RIS/PACS and inpatient charts as necessary
- Two years college certificate or equivalent
- Required Licensure/Certification Skills: NYS license in Radiologic Technology & ARRT (R)
- Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) certification through ARRT - Preferred
- 1 year of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred.
- Strong computer, customer service, and communication skills

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
