Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand Management, Creative, Merchandising, and Insights teams to align marketing efforts and propel projects forward.
• Develop and adapt creative briefs based on consumer insights and brand strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that enhance brand communication and consumer experience.
• Manage project priorities, budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Create innovative packaging strategies that are consistent with broader brand themes across various channels.

Skills

• Strong creative brief writing and project planning abilities.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on leveraging consumer insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills
