About the Role
As a Change Lead, you will develop and execute change management and adoption strategies for high-impact organizational initiatives and system implementations. You will partner closely with business and technical teams to drive new and evolving business processes, ensuring smooth transitions, strong communication alignment, and measurable adoption outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a data-driven approach to change leadership.
Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of communication plans for major change initiatives and ongoing organizational needs.
• Collaborate with project managers and deployment leads to align change activities across the business.
• Identify risks, resistance points, and adoption gaps, and build corrective action plans.
• Develop, maintain, and report on integrated delivery and adoption plans for key change initiatives.
• Create communication materials and key messages; partner with subject matter experts to refine deliverables and improve processes.
• Ensure communications reach the right audiences at the right time through appropriate channels.
• Champion the purpose behind organizational changes and articulate the benefits to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, organizational change, or related fields.
• Proven strategic thinking skills with the ability to design effective change strategies.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align change initiatives to organizational goals.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights and metrics to drive decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results through change initiatives.
