Be the detail-driven force behind accurate, timely mental health records that support care and access across our communities.
Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm.
*Remote position for Missouri residents only.
The CIMOR Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining accurate consumer records within the Department of Mental Health's electronic health record and billing system. This position ensures information is complete, timely, and aligned to support billing processes and continuity of care, while also providing administrative support to the revenue team.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain consumer account information in the state system with accuracy and timeliness
- Update program level changes and complete consumer discharges in the system
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve missing or incomplete information
- Communicate with external partners to obtain necessary discharge documentation
- Review reports to ensure consumer records are complete and billing-ready
- Provide support to Billing Specialists and the revenue department as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
