Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the CNA Supervisor in the Carlson Recovery Center program at Behavioral Health Network!

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Carlson Recovery Center with the following:

• Providing leadership to Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure quality care is provided by taking vital signs, monitoring patients for withdrawal symptoms or other health changes, and fostering a safe, supportive recovery environment.
• Overseeing individuals' activities and helping them access therapeutic visual and reading materials.
• Ensuring adherence to care plans set by medical providers.
• Observing medication self-administration, including psychotropic medications and over the counter (OTC) medications.
• Accurately documenting & communicating changes in individuals' condition, concerns, and significant observations on a timely basis.
• Assisting in staff selection and scheduling, resolving personnel issues, and coaching/counseling of employees in individual and group supervisions.
• Ensuring completion of required staff trainings through documentation.
• Participating in supervisory on-call rotation.
• Providing crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
• Overseeing adherence to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
• Attends staff meetings, in-service meetings, peer reviews, supervision sessions, and other meetings as needed.

Who are we?

At the Carlson Recovery Center, we believe in the unique strengths, skills, and empowerment of the individual to motivate their treatment and recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction. In our 32-bed program, adults aged 18 and older who need CSS stabilization services can receive individualized recovery supports for up to 30 days.

What are we looking for in the CNA Supervisor?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• Current and maintained Certified Nurse's Aide License with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (required).
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Demonstrates knowledge and application of CNA skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate directions to staff clearly and appropriately.
• Proficient with MS Office, internet, and email systems.

Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00pm-9:30pm

Pay:

$33.85/hr-$40.62/hr
