CONCRETE CRUSHER OPERATOR /LEADMAN

CWR is a growing road construction company. We are seeking to fill a highly skilled Concrete Crusher Operator position for our local operations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operation and oversight of concrete crushing operations on road construction projects
• Perform advanced operation and maintenance of Eagle Crusher units, including screen changes, impact bar rotation and replacement, wear-part replacement, and oversight of housekeeping and safety around crushing operations
• Monitor material flow, gradation, and production rates to meet project requirements
• Perform daily equipment inspections, lubrication, and basic maintenance
• Identify mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance personnel
• Maintain crusher setup and adjustments for optimal performance
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to work days, nights, or weekends as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to complete all required paperwork efficiently
• Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license
• Employer conducts drug testing and background check
