DESCRIPTION
Sinch Mailjet has been in the email game since 2010. In that time, we've built something most SaaS companies can only dream of: strong organic traffic, solid brand recognition, and tens of thousands of customers who love our product.
We didn't get here by outspending the competition; we got here by being smarter and more creative. That matters now more than ever. AI is rewriting the rules of content. The internet is getting louder by the day. Standing out has never been harder.
So we're doubling down on what works: we're building a strong programmatic and SEO engine, and now we need a creative mind who can multiply its impact.
Someone who can go beyond the blog and the HubSpot playbook from 2015. Someone who understands that a lot of influence happens in places you can't track: Dark social, private communities, word of mouth, the conversations that don't show up in your attribution report.
We're looking for someone who can create content worth sharing in a DM.
What You'll Do :
- Strategy & Ownership: Define and lead Mailjet's content strategy across languages, markets, and content formats. You own the vision and the roadmap.
- Channel Diversity: Find the right message-channel fit. Podcasts, partnerships, community, video, LinkedIn, emerging platforms...figure out where our audience actually pays attention and meet them there.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, product marketing, and regional teams to turn their expertise into content that supports real business goals. Localize, don't just translate.
- AI-Powered Execution: Use AI tools aggressively to create, scale, and repurpose content, but know when to add the human layer that makes it land.
- Hands-On Delivery: This isn't a strategy-only role. You'll be in production mode most of the time, so you need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
- Research & Storytelling: Surface new angles, generate original data, and publish a consistent stream of thought leadership pieces. Give people something to cite
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in content and social marketing, preferably with an international B2B SaaS or tech brand.
- Experience managing multilingual content programs across English, French, German and Spanish markets, working with localization teams to create content that resonates locally, not just translates.
- A self-starter mindset. You can strategize, execute, and iterate without waiting for permission or hand-holding.
- A portfolio that shows range: campaigns, formats, or content experiments you're genuinely proud of. We want to see how you think, not just what you've published.
- Strong storytelling instincts. You can take a dry topic and make it interesting and turn data into a narrative people want to share.
- Experience finding audiences in unexpected places. You've gone beyond the blog and tried new channels, formats, or distribution plays, and you can talk about what worked and what didn't.
- Proven ability to connect creative work to business goals. You understand that great content needs to drive pipeline, not just applause.
- Curious about AI tools and how they can amplify your work, but you know the difference between AI-assisted and AI-dependent.

Salary: The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/ market , skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until February 10, 2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
Location: This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside on the
East Coast, preferably in the Atlanta, GA area.
