WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Corporate Trust Middle Office Specialist ("CTMOS") for WSFS Institutional Services Division (WIS). The CTMOS Primary responsibility will be for the day-to-day processing of Middle Office activities and assisting the Senior Middle Office Specialist. This will include but not limited to Registered Transfer Agent (RTA) item processing and account setup, payments, reconciliations and audits, and DTC processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with SEC and OCC regulatory requirements.
- Expected to be detailed oriented, good with mathematical calculations, able to work on their own within defined parameters, and have high level communication skills.
- Responsible for handling multiple deadlines and take part in projects when needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated successful track record in a diverse Corporate Trust environment.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite is required. Knowledge of TranStar is a plus.
- Must be proficient with numbers and basic accounting.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to organize workflow.
- Must possess the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and exercise good judgement.
- Be able to read, interpret and execute complex payment strategies with Corporate Trust transactions.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with managers, clients, customers and the public clearly and concisely.
Salary Range:$42,289.00 - $69,475.00
Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
