We are seeking a motivated and proactive Creative Project Manager to lead cross-functional creative teams and deliver innovative marketing solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple creative projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and creative team members throughout project lifecycles.
• Document and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation using project management software.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, escalating issues as necessary to leadership.
• Participate in project assessments and communicate lessons learned to enhance future initiatives.

Skills

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in a creative agency or marketing environment, particularly within the healthcare sector.

Preferred Skills

• Background in communications, advertising, or marketing, with a focus on creative project management.
• Strong proofreading skills and a comprehensive understanding of creative processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a geographically diverse team.
