What You'll Do

• Prepare food according to approved menus, recipes, and portion standards
• Support timely productions and service of all scheduled meals
• Maintain food quality, temperature, and presentation
• Perform dishwashing and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Food safety and compliance:
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
  • Complete required temperature logs and cleaning checklists
  • Maintain clean/organized workstations
  • Comply with inspection and regulatory requirements
• Kitchen operations support:
  • Assist with prep, cooking, and service
  • Support proper storage, labeling, and inventory rotations
  • Receive and put away deliveries
  • Participate in daily cleaning and closing procedures

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working in a high volume culinary setting (SUD, long-term care, or health care preferred, but not required)
