Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for users, addressing queries and guiding them through processes.
• Collaborate with product managers to test updates and communicate enhancements effectively.
• Create and manage user materials, such as training guides and release notes, enhancing platform understanding and adoption.
• Organize and deliver training sessions and onboarding materials to users.
• Compile and distribute user feedback to product teams for ongoing improvement.
• Monitor user interaction to identify opportunities for training and communication enhancements.

Skills

• Proven experience in product management or customer support roles.
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex information into simple terms.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience supporting digital platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating or maintaining training materials.
• Background in retail, consumer products, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Understanding of product development in apparel or consumer goods.
