This role is not eligible for 100% remote work. Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Nashville, TN metropolitan area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom office 5 days a week.

About These Opportunities

Slalom is growing our Delivery team and hiring multiple Consultants and Senior Consultants who bring expertise across product, project, and technology delivery. While each role is grounded in strong delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and agile ways of working, we are seeking professionals with experience in one or more of the following delivery profiles:

Product Owners & Project Delivery Leaders

Professionals who partner with stakeholders to define priorities, manage backlogs, align teams around business outcomes, and drive successful execution. These individuals blend product ownership responsibilities with hands-on delivery leadership to ensure solutions create measurable value.

Product Managers & Project Managers

Professionals who connect product strategy to execution by defining vision, roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and success metrics. These individuals balance customer needs, business objectives, and delivery commitments to bring complex initiatives to life.

Solution Owners & Technical Project Managers

Professionals who lead complex technology initiatives, align business and technical stakeholders, manage scope and dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive successful delivery outcomes across cross-functional teams. These individuals excel at translating business objectives into executable technical plans.

Whether leading a product roadmap, driving a cloud migration, overseeing a modernization effort, managing enterprise technology delivery, or enabling large-scale business transformation, you'll help clients turn strategy into execution and achieve meaningful results.

Consultant

Optimizes performance through independent delivery, innovative solutioning, and knowledge sharing. Deepens technical and functional expertise while strengthening internal and external relationships.

Senior Consultant

Encourages teams to meet delivery commitments by proactively removing obstacles and building authentic relationships. Demonstrates advanced functional and technical expertise through mentorship and innovative solutioning that addresses complex business and technology challenges.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals, product strategies, and Slalom delivery standards.
• Apply agile principles and delivery practices to drive iterative progress, foster collaboration, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to define objectives, scope, priorities, roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.
• Depending on the engagement, serve as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Solution Owner, or Technical Project Manager, helping teams balance business value, technical considerations, risks, and delivery commitments.
• Facilitate effective team execution through backlog management, prioritization, agile ceremonies, dependency management, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Guide teams through transformation, migration, modernization, and product delivery initiatives while maintaining a focus on value realization and measurable outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques, including generative AI for documentation, predictive analytics for forecasting, and automation for reporting and workflow optimization, to accelerate delivery and enhance quality.
• Support business development through solutioning, estimation, proposal development, and client relationship building.
• Contribute to Slalom's delivery community through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and capability development.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Product Ownership and Delivery Leadership
  • Product Management and Project Management
  • Solution Ownership and Technical Project Management
• Proven success delivering technology, digital, product, or business transformation initiatives within consulting or enterprise environments.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery execution.
• Experience defining visions, roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, timelines, delivery plans, and success metrics while driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies, product development practices, and project governance frameworks.
• Ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, scope, stakeholder communications, and delivery commitments.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve delivery workflows, team productivity, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Pragmatic Institute, Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile (SAFe), PMI, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading product, project, or technology delivery efforts in consulting environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation, modernization, cloud migration, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across business and technical stakeholder groups.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:The targeted base salary pay range for a Consultant is $90,000 to $115,000, and for a Senior Consultant, $115,000 to $147,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
