Join a dynamic marketing team supporting the planning and execution of impactful in-person and virtual events. This role is a great opportunity for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys managing details, coordinating stakeholders, and helping deliver memorable experiences that support business goals.
Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a range of internal and external events, including regional meetings, symposiums, product launches, conferences, trade shows, and client-facing hospitality experiences.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue sourcing, room bookings, speaker support, hospitality, invitations, registration, and event timelines.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support event strategy, production, branding, communications, and on-site execution.
  • Manage event-related project deliverables, ensuring materials, inventory, and marketing assets are prepared on time and aligned with expectations.
  • Support virtual and hybrid events by building event pages, registration workflows, and platform links using tools such as Zoom, ON24, or Teams.
  • Track registrations, monitor event metrics, and prepare reporting to help measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with trade show planning, booth coordination, promotional items, and follow-up activities before and after events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and lead pre-event and post-event meetings, including planning discussions and debriefs.
  • Help manage budgets, deadlines, quality standards, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
  • 7-10 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably within financial services or a similarly complex environment.
  • Strong project management abilities with a proven track record of managing timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and leadership to deliver professional, high-quality events.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort using event technology, registration systems, and related digital tools.
  • Strong budgeting awareness and the ability to help keep projects aligned to scope and deadlines.
  • Flexible mindset with the ability to support occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience negotiating with vendors and managing trade show or conference logistics.
  • Familiarity with event ROI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Background supporting marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and brand experiences.
  • Ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders while maintaining a collaborative and approachable style.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated or corporate environment where accuracy and discretion matter.
  • Interest in improving processes and helping create engaging event experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
