• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams during incidents impacting availability or data integrity.
• Establish on-call, escalation, and incident management processes to support mSupply's scale.
• Improve operational resilience through runbooks, automation, and readiness exercises.

PIT Crew (Level 2 Engineering) Leadership
• Establish and lead the PIT Crew Level 2 application engineering team.
• Handle operational tasks such as bulk data uploads, backend corrections, and urgent production support requests.
• Balance reactive support work with proactive platform and automation improvements.
• Define intake processes, prioritization, and service expectations for production support.

SDLC, Documentation, and Standards
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Application Development to ensure consistent execution of the SDLC.
• Maintain documentation for environments, deployment processes, dependencies, and operational procedures.

• Hire, mentor, and develop DevOps and application operations engineers as the team grows.
• Foster a culture of ownership, reliability, continuous improvement, and cross-team collaboration.
