Your Impact
As Director of Human Resources, you will lead all aspects of HR for the property, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and a champion for our team members. You'll bring energy, creativity, and strong business acumen to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and HR programs
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and retain top hospitality talent
• Drive employee engagement and cultivate a positive, high-performing culture
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA)
• Implement performance management, recognition, and development programs
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
• Serve as a resource and advisor to managers and team members on HR matters
• Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously elevate HR practices

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years of HR experience; hotel experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proven experience in recruiting, retention, and employee engagement
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce with professionalism and discretion
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
