Description
The Director of Innovation Evaluation provides strategic leadership for data coordination, reporting, and evaluation across the Crisis Services Department and multiple grant-funded initiatives. This role partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to translate data into actionable insights, support continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality, compliant reporting that advances our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for evaluation, data collection, and reporting across Crisis Services and grant projects
- Supervise, mentor, and build capacity among Project Evaluators and Data Coordinators
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement strategies
- Partner with clinical leaders to develop measurable quality indicators and performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and compliance with grant and program requirements
- Collaborate with Data and EHR teams to design effective reporting processes
- Gather qualitative insights from internal and external stakeholders to inform program improvement
- Serve as a thought partner and escalation point for advanced data challenges
- Represent evaluation efforts in meetings and facilitate data-informed discussions as needed
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in health/human services, statistics, or other related field required
- Master's degree in health/human services, statistics, or other related field preferred
- At least four (4) years' experience in evaluation, research, or data management required
- At least two (2) years' experience in a supervisory position required
- Experience in human service field preferred
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
