What you will be doing:

• Safely operating a company vehicle while following all applicable driving laws, including posted speed limits.
• Maintaining punctual attendance for appointment times in picking up/dropping off individuals served.
• Ensuring regular vehicle maintenance is completed.
• Recognizing and immediately reporting safety and maintenance concerns, including incidents & accidents, to the Program Director.
• Adhering to and maintaining an "acceptable" driving record status as outlined with the to the current BHN Driver's Policy.
• Appropriately conveying written information needed to allow other staff to perform their duties in the best interests of the individuals served.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding individuals served information.

What are we looking for in a Driver?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• At least six months of driving experience with clean driving record (required).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in high demand and/or stressful environments from time to time.
