Join a fast-moving, senior delivery team supporting the design and launch of a patient-facing digital platform that streamlines clinical research eligibility and electronic consent. This is a hands-on project leadership role where you will own scope, schedule, milestones, risk management, and client communication across a complex, multi-team technology engagement.
Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery and feasibility through build, go-live, and hypercare
  • Own scope, schedule, milestones, risks, and status reporting for a fixed-scope, milestone-based engagement
  • Serve as the main point of coordination across technical, product, research, security, and enterprise stakeholders
  • Drive decisions and keep work moving across client teams with multiple dependencies and approval paths
  • Track blockers, access requests, and action items through completion and escalate issues quickly when needed
  • Plan and coordinate enterprise architecture review, security review, and penetration testing early in the timeline
  • Manage change control, milestone acceptance, and scope protection to support a low-change-order delivery approach
  • Coordinate Agile execution with the engineering lead while also overseeing UAT, cutover, knowledge transfer, and handover
  • Support the feasibility readout and go/no-go decision at the end of discovery
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the engagement
Skills
  • 8+ years of technology project or program management experience
  • 3+ years delivering fixed-price, milestone-based engagements
  • Proven experience leading multi-system integration projects with cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong delivery ownership with the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
  • Experience working on patient-facing digital products in healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated environment
  • Experience navigating enterprise architecture, security review, and penetration-testing processes
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, escalation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting academic medical centers or clinical research organizations
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, IRB processes, and electronic consent
  • PMP or PgMP certification
  • PMI-ACP or SAFe certification
  • Experience opening and managing support transition conversations with client teams
