Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure accountability and timely delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects.
• Collaborate with IT leaders and internal teams to maintain existing systems while innovating concurrently.
• Design and oversee Oracle Fusion solutions in alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Govern technical decisions and ensure robust integrations and cloud-migration activities.
• Facilitate collaboration across various teams and stakeholders to maintain shared priorities and outcomes.
• Identify potential risks and proactively address delivery issues to uphold performance standards.
• Prepare for transition into a long-term leadership role by advancing engineering practices.

Skills

• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion implementations and technical leadership.
• Ability to manage vendor teams and integrate new platforms effectively.
• Strong governance in technical decision-making and cloud migration.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional team coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing long-term ERP technology roadmaps.
• Background in partnering with leading Oracle firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, or PwC.
