Position Title: Entry-Level Claims Support Specialist

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to homeowners throughout the insurance claims process
• Learn to create and submit repair estimates using internal software tools
• Serve as a point of contact for homeowners, insurance representatives, and internal departments
• Monitor claim progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Keep detailed records of communications and documentation
• Collaborate with the Claims team to troubleshoot issues and support resolution efforts

Qualifications:

• No prior experience in claims required-comprehensive training is provided
• Proficient in typing and general computer use
• Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to grow

Additional Details:

• Hourly rate: $18.00
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime available)
• Work setting: Onsite role based in Ramsey, MN
