Our client, a large advocacy organization in the United States, is seeking Temporary Event Support to assist with their premier annual awards event this week!

About the Role:

• Provides onsite support for the organization's 2026 Awards cerimony.
• Manages coat check operations, including accepting coats, hats, bags, and umbrellas and issuing corresponding tickets.
• Organizes and stores items in a logical, efficient system to ensure quick retrieval.
• Safeguards all personal belongings and maintains a secure, orderly coat check area.
• Greets attendees warmly, answers questions, and assists guests with their belongings throughout the event.

About You:

• Professional, reliable, and comfortable interacting with high-profile attendees.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and manage a steady flow of guests.
• Prior event support or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

About the Position:

• Date & Hours: Thursday, March 5th from 5:30 PM-10:30 PM
• Pay: $20/hour
• Dress Code: All-black business professional (blazer and button-down required)
• Location: Downtown Washington, DC (metro accessible)
