WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Event Production Specialist at AVI-SPL, you occupy a vital hybrid role that bridges the gap between event production coordination and technical execution. You will support the end-to-end coordination of onsite, hybrid, and virtual events and post-production projects for high-profile domestic and international clients. • Technical Assessments: Conduct essential event site visits prior to productions to perform technical assessments of the space, ensuring power, connectivity, and layout meet the specific needs of the event.

• Technical Guidance: With support from the broadcast engineering team, provide expert production advice to clients, internal stakeholders and service delivery managers, identifying creative and budget-conscious solutions.

• Video Production: Coordinate postproduction projects and utilize basic editing experience to create and assemble short-form corporate videos and broadcast assets (such as lower thirds and multi-boxes) for event delivery.

• Vendor & Logistics Management: Source and negotiate production estimates with external partners and manage vendor payments through finance SOPs.

• Production Oversight: Oversee daily coordination and design of live event productions, maintaining industry standards across video, audio, lighting, and streaming.
