PATIENT CARE MANAGEMENT: The Exercise Technician is responsible for providing total, comprehensive care to patients by applying methods and modalities in an organized and systematic manner to focus on functional mobility and safety. Establish an open line of communication with staff regarding patient's condition and performance to ensure that continuous care is provided and coordinated. Interprets and utilizes clinical data to provide an individualized plan of patient care and adheres to infection control standards during plan of care. Responds effectively in an emergency situation so that the patient's immediate needs are addressed. Manage a patient's anticipated or current educational needs in order to meet the needs outlined in the plan of care.
