Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to design and assess user experiences, ensuring they are both accessible and user-friendly.
- Perform competitive analysis and keep abreast of industry trends to guide design strategies.
- Apply human-centered design methods to develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct reviews and tests on digital products to confirm compliance with accessibility standards.
- Involve in quality audits and contribute to the creation of effective remediation plans when needed.
- Guide team members in accessibility best practices and assist in forming educational materials.
- Demonstrated experience in user experience design with a strong grasp of accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in conducting user research and implementing findings to enhance user experiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill with the ability to clearly express design concepts.
- Skilled in utilizing design and testing tools to assess digital accessibility.
- Familiarity with ARIA markup and semantic HTML.
- Experience with various assistive technologies such as JAWS and NVDA.
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and experience in facilitating collaborative workshops.
- Background in agile environments and cross-channel projects.
