Ferrovial Webber Energy - Milano Project (Milano, TX)

Build the future of renewable energy with us. Ferrovial Webber Energy is hiring multiple field roles to support construction activities on the Milano Solar Project, a major utility-scale renewable energy development in Milam County, Texas.

About the Project:
Located on ~1,300 acres in Milano, TX, the Milano Solar project includes installation of solar modules, trackers, piles, power stations, feeders, and onsite substation.

Positions We Are Hiring:
• Equipment Operators
• Laborers & General Construction Crew
• Pile Drivers / Tracker Installers
• Electrical Helpers / Solar Technicians
• Mechanical Installers
• Quality & Inspection Support
• Foremen and Lead roles

Primary Responsibilities:
• Support construction activities across multiple scopes
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely
• Meet daily production goals
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Work outdoors in varying conditions

Requirements:
• Prior solar, civil, or industrial construction experience preferred
• Safety-focused and reliable
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work
• Certifications a plus
