What You'll Do:

• Be the main contact on-site: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Makino machines at customer facilities.
• Train users and share your technical know-how.
• Bridge the gap between Makino and our customers as the front-line expert.
• Document your work with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with our Customer Support tech systems and Knowledge Products team.

What You Bring:

• Strong mechanical aptitude-experience with motors, drives, transformers, and machine tools is a big plus.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
• Experience in machine tool installation, maintenance, or repair (preferred).
• A valid driver's license and readiness for regional travel.
• Sharp communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• A cool head under pressure and a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications:

• 2-year technical degree in Electrical/Automation OR 1+ year hands-on experience in a related field.
• Manufacturing experience via internship, co-op, or job is a big plus.
